A design-build project for the Small Farmers Project - an organic berry farm cooperatively owned and operated by a multiple families in Eugene, Oregon.

The farmers needed a structure to house their tractor, industrial refrigerator, and a covered space to sell berries in front.

SFP did not own the land, so they needed the structure to be demountable - it had to be easy to disassemble, relocate, and put back together in a new location, in case their lease situation changed. Our solution was to use a repeated structure module with trusses, and simple connection details with steel plates and bolts.
